Levelog Privacy Policy

Effective September 20, 2026. Levelog is a GLP-1 medication journal for iPhone.

The short version

Everything you log in Levelog (doses, weight, symptoms, food and water, notes) stays on your device. There are no accounts and no Levelog servers. We cannot see your journal, and we do not sell or share it.

Data stored on your device

Your journal is stored in the app's local database on your iPhone and in your device backups (iCloud or iTunes backups, if you use them). Deleting the app deletes the journal. "Delete all data" in Settings erases it inside the app, including the widget data.

Apple Health

If you turn on Apple Health sync, Levelog reads your weight from Health and, if you choose, writes the weights you log in Levelog back to Health. Health data is never sent anywhere. You can turn this off at any time in Settings or in the Health app.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push server is involved.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Levelog receives an anonymous confirmation of your subscription status and never sees your payment details. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.

Analytics and crash reports

To keep the app working and understand which screens are used, Levelog may send anonymous usage events (for example "dose logged", "paywall shown") and crash reports to our analytics providers (Amplitude, Sentry, RevenueCat and AppsFlyer). These events never contain your doses, weights, symptom names, notes or any health values, and they are keyed to a random per-install identifier, not to you. Deleting the app resets that identifier. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other apps or websites.

Your rights

Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly: export it as CSV or PDF from the app, or erase it with "Delete all data". If you have questions, write to support@levelog.app.

Not medical advice

Levelog is a journal. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend doses. Estimates shown in the app are illustrations built from what you log. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
