Levelog Terms of Use

Effective September 21, 2026. Levelog is a GLP-1 medication journal for iPhone, published by Pavel Voroshilov ("we", "us").

1. Agreement

By downloading or using Levelog you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to every app distributed through the App Store. If anything here conflicts with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement wins for the parts it covers. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not medical advice

Levelog is a personal journal. It records what you enter and draws illustrative estimates from those entries: the level curve, the steady-state figure, the weight forecast and the symptom and injection-site insights. These are estimates built from published half-lives and your own log, not clinical measurements, not diagnoses and not predictions. Levelog never recommends, calculates or converts a dose or a schedule. Always follow your prescriber's instructions and talk to them before changing anything. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for keeping your device secure. Levelog is intended for adults who have been prescribed a GLP-1 medication, or who are recording doses on behalf of someone in their care with that person's consent. Do not use the app to obtain, share or dose medication outside a prescriber's instructions.

4. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Levelog on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app or any part of it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or these Terms.

5. Levelog Premium, subscriptions and the free trial

Levelog Premium unlocks the full app. It is sold as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and in the App Store in your local currency before you confirm a purchase; they may differ by country and can change for future periods, in which case you will be told in advance as the App Store requires.

The yearly plan may start with a free trial (currently 7 days, as shown on the purchase button). If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your Apple account is charged the yearly price and the subscription begins. Levelog sends a reminder 24 hours before the trial ends.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in iOS Settings under your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium on devices signed in with the same Apple account for as long as Levelog is available on the App Store. Family Sharing may be offered for some products, as indicated in the App Store.

6. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds directly and do not see your payment details.

7. Your data

Your journal is stored on your device. There are no Levelog accounts or servers, so we cannot see, recover or restore your entries. Keep a device backup or export your data (CSV, PDF) if you want a copy. How anonymous analytics and crash reports work is described in the Privacy Policy. If you stop subscribing, your entries stay on your device and export keeps working.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features, the app or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms are published on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after that date means you accept them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these Terms.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Levelog is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of estimates or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any decision you make based on the app, including decisions about medication. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Levelog in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
